What are the menu options?
Our 5-course gourmet menu is available in both a meat and a plant-based option. The plant-based menu is fully suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Price for both menus is the same (CHF 169.-)

What if I have an allergy?
Please make sure to inform us about any allergies in the mandatory field of the reservation tool. If someone else is making the reservation for you, kindly ensure that your allergy is noted.

Is there a wardrobe?
Yes, wardrobe service is included in the ticket price for dinner guests.
For guests arriving after 22:00, the service is not included.

How can I pay on site?
We are cashless! Make sure to bring your debit/credit cards/phones.

What are the opening dates & times?
Our pop-up runs from March 19 to April 19, open Wednesday to Saturday.
Depending on your preselected arrival time (18:00, 18:15, or 18:30), we kindly ask you to arrive at your chosen time to begin your experience. Dinner concludes around 23:00, but you’re welcome to stay, explore, and enjoy the atmosphere until the venue closes at 24:00 on Wednesday and 02:00 on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

I am familiar with Panacea from previous dance events. Is this concept very different?
Yes, this concept is quite different! Our pop-up centers around food, drinks and a unique setting enriched with culture, art, music and performances. While we feature fantastic DJs and musicians, this is not a rave - our focus is on creating an immersive and refined experience.

Can I visit the venue without a reservation?
A reservation is required for dinner, but you are welcome to join us for drinks and fun from 22:00 onwards (if capacity allows).

What if I cannot make it in time?
We kindly ask you to arrive at your designated time. If an emergency causes a delay, please inform our team in advance by calling the reception. The phone number will be published a few days before the start of the pop-up.

How can I ensure I am seated next to my friends?
To ensure that your group is automatically seated together, we recommend that one person pays online for all attendees. If you prefer to pay separately, please mention your seating preference in the comment section along with the name of the reservation. We will then place you together.

Can I bring my children? Is there a minimum age requirement?
Unfortunately no. Our pop-up is designed for guests aged > 18, as the environment - featuring loud music and an adult-focused atmosphere - is not suitable for children.

Can I bring my dog?
As much as we love dogs, we kindly ask you not to bring them, as the environment - with loud music and limited suitable spaces - is not ideal for their well-being.

How do I get there?
The address of the event is: SBB Werkstadt, 400 Hohlstrasse, 8048 Altstetten. Please consider arriving by public transport (Bus stop SBB Werkstätte), as no parking spots are available at the location.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?
The full amount is required at the time of reservation to secure your spot. Cancellations are permitted up to 2 weeks before your reservation date for a full refund. After this period, tickets are non-refundable. All prices include VAT.

Does the program change every night?
While the dining menu and the venue itself, along with its immersive decorations, interactive elements and hidden surprises, are the same throughout the 4 weeks, the dinner shows evolve each night. Please check the nightly program under the Night Agenda section.
